Job Description: The Mental Health representative is responsible for performing various clerical and secretarial functions for the Mental Health professional staff and Psychiatric Physicians. The Mental Health Rep will be responsible for verifying and updating demographic and insurance information to ensure patient information is documented in the BMC system in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED, minimum of 2 yrs. medical clerical exp. to include PC use, understanding of third-party payer and insurance verification, basic medical terminology knowledge
