Resident Housing

Each resident is provided with an on-campus apartment or townhouse at no cost to the resident. This may include furnishings, if desired. Utilities and local telephone costs are covered. Residents are responsible for their long distance calls.

This contemporary housing complex is situated on expansive lawns and includes a playground for residents’ children. A unique sense of belonging to a truly supportive community quickly develops among the Broadlawns residents and their families.

The on-campus housing is especially appreciated by residents when they are on call.  A two-minute walk from home and family allows our residents to achieve a desirable balance of family and professional responsibilities.
