Comprehensive medical and dental insurance costs are available on a cost sharing basis.
Disability insurance and malpractice insurance are provided by the organization at no cost to the resident.

Lunchtime didactics given by faculty, community physicians and visiting professors provide essential knowledge related to the specialty of Family Medicine and Primary Care.
First-year residents receive four days of conference time annually; second and third-year residents receive five days of conference time annually. A conference allowance is provided for expenses.
Broadlawns Medical Center pays for the resident medical license and state controlled substance registration. Permanent Medical license fees are paid on a cost-sharing basis.
Membership to local, state medical associations and the American Academy of Family Physicians are paid by Broadlawns Medical Center.
Membership to other national organization(s) are an individual’s responsibility.
Scrubs and lab coats are provided free of charge to residents.
