The Broadlawns Patient Portal will have a new look starting May 7.
You will still log in the same way and use the same features.
If you use the MHealth app, it will update automatically with the new look.
Please Note: The patient portal will be temporarily unavailable on May 7 from 3 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
What is changing?
The portal will have a new design with a more modern layout.
What is not changing?
- Your username and password
- Your health information
- How the portal works
What is new?
- A new dashboard when you log in
- A calendar that shows your upcoming appointments
Do I need to do anything?
No. You can continue to use the portal the same way you do today.
Why this this happening?
We updated the design to make the portal easier to use and easier to navigate.
Will the mobile app change?
If you use the MHealth app, it will update automatically and have the same new look. You do NOT need to download a new app or do anything.
