Job Description

Under the supervision of the Point of Service Manager, assists Outpatient Behavioral Health with clerical and receptionist duties. Main responsibility will be handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, using Electronic Medical Record system for inputting information, and triaging calls to appropriate team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Uses office equipment efficiently. Familiarity with computers. Works consistently as a team member. Demonstrates effective communication strategies in dealing with patients and hospital personnel.
