Technical Support Analyst

Job Description

Performs analytical, technical, and project work, including the planning, design, selection, installation, and support of desktop computers, operating systems, applications, and associated peripheral equipment throughout the hospital.  Will confer with Technical Support team on operating system, application, and hardware requirements for use organization-wide.  Duties also include limited network and operations support accountabilities. 

The person filling this position must be able to communicate with co-workers, peers, management, and vendor staff.  Presentation skills and written communication skills are required.  

Salary Minimum: $20.50/hour

Qualifications

Associates degree in computer science or computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work with people at all skill levels. Good oral and written communication skills.Familiarity with desktop operating systems. Understanding of Microsoft Windows client server environment
