Job Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Family Medicine Program, this position is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Medical Education Department; assuming responsibility for the delegated administrative and clerical functions required, ensuring the smooth functioning of all medical education activities. This position also supervises the Assistant Program Coordinator/Administrative Assistant and the Office Assistant.

Qualifications
1. Associate’s degree in business, management or related field and 3 years relevant work experience OR high school diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Experience using computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively work with highly confidential information.
4. Detail-oriented person with demonstrated organizational skills and ability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision.
