Self-Esteem Workshop is a mental health therapy group focused on improving your self-esteem by exploring kind and realistic thinking about ourselves. Group meets for 12 sessions.

Topics include:

  • Understanding why self esteem is important and how it can be built.

  • What unconditional worth means and how it encourages kind and realistic beliefs about ourselves.

  • Recognizing our sources of love and accepting love for ourselves.

  • Exploring ways our continued growth is important to our self esteem.
