VIRTUAL: Wise Mind Group

Wise Mind Group is a weekly therapy group to introduce skills to help with emotional and relational struggles.
Concepts and skills include:
Mindfulness: Increase awareness of thoughts, feelings, urges and promote internal balance and presence in the moment and in one’s life.
Distress Tolerance: Cope with the frustrations of life; tolerate stress, drama and crises in healthier, skillful ways.
Emotion Regulation: Manage unpleasant or overwhelming emotions, impulses, urges and cravings without engaging in destructive behaviors.
Interpersonal Effectiveness: Get emotional needs met with skills that help balance between investing in others and promoting self-respect.
Class Dates: Every Wednesday, 1-3pm
