Jody Jenner, President and Chief Executive Officer, Broadlawns Medical Center, assumed his responsibilities on April 3, 2006. Before his arrival at Broadlawns, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Administrator of the Pipestone County Medical Center, an affiliate of Avera Health System, in Pipestone, Minnesota. Prior to his tenure with the Avera Health System, he was with the Banner Health System and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at hospitals in Wyoming and South Dakota. Preceding his career in healthcare, Mr. Jenner held various management and leadership positions in finance and administration with the IBM Corporation.
Mr. Jenner graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Economics) and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of South Dakota. He also graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He is a Fellow in the American College of Health.
