Mission

For more than 80 years, Broadlawns Medical Center has enhanced the quality of life for residents through healing, teaching and caring.  Much of this care is possible only through the generosity of others.

Polk County residents from all walks of life may find themselves without adequate health insurance coverage at one time or another. Many of the patients who are seen at Broadlawns Medical Center have no coverage or inadequate coverage.  As a result, if it were not for the compassion and commitment of Broadlawns Medical Center and the Broadlawns Foundation, these neighbors would not have access to the health care they need.  

Our mission is to support the success of Broadlawns Medical Center in
both promoting the financial viability and the image of the organization.
