R.I.S.E Group Therapy Classes

R.I.S.E – Resources for Increased Self-Empowerment – is a collection of weekly no-commitment groups to help you manage symptoms of mental health diagnoses. In these groups, you can learn how to dial back the intensity and access more calm, compassion, courage, clarity, and confidence.  These groups are for anyone over the age of 18 experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.

To attend a R.I.S.E group therapy class, you must attend a walk-in orientation session prior to attending a class. Orientation is offered every Tuesday from 1:00 - 2:00 pm on the Third Floor of Broadlawns Medical Plaza. Orientation will help you determine which group(s) are best for you.
