Why I chose Broadlawns-UnityPoint Psychiatry Residency

I chose the Broadlawns-UnityPoint Psychiatry Residency because of the sense of camaraderie I felt while on my audition rotation here - and not just between residents. The attendings truly want what is best for each resident and will go out of their way to help them achieve their goals.

Hobbies

In my free time I like to play disc golf and explore the outdoors. My family and I enjoy going on nature walks and taking in the natural beauty of Iowa.

My favorite thing about Des Moines is the big city feel that comes with all of the advantages of living in a smaller city.
