Position Description:

We are seeking a partner to join our Urgent Care practice!  Position is a licensed independent practitioner and reports to the Chief Medical Officer and Section Chief. Position obtains medical/psychiatric and/or chemical dependency histories and performs complete and appropriate examinations, orders laboratory tests, and treatment programs in an assigned area for patients of all ages. 

ARNP license recognized by the Iowa Board of Nursing or Physician Assistant licensed to practice in the State of Iowa. Current registration with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners.

Qualifications

Current license to practice in the State of Iowa. Board certification in applicable specialty within five years of residency training, fellowship, or a waiver approved by the Credentials Committee, Medical Executive Committee, and Board of Trustees.
