Application Process

After completing the required application, volunteer applicants will also be asked to provide or complete the following:

• In-person interview
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, including child and dependent adult abuse checks
• Government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Review of the Volunteer Orientation Handbook
• Completion of the Orientation Handbook Signature Page
• Documentation for the following vaccines: MMR (or titer) and Influenza
• Health Review & TB Review
