Anger Management Training Program
Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion.  When it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems - problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life - we're here to help.
Art Therapy
Art Therapy is an approach to therapy, in which the use of creative mediums is invited, prompted, encouraged, and facilitated during sessions. The creative process involved in expressing one’s self artistically can help to resolve issues as well as develop and manage behaviors and feelings, reduce stress, and improve self-esteem and awareness. 
Blood Drive
Make a difference by giving the gift of life! Donating blood takes about an hour and is a simple way to give an amazing gift to hospital patients in need.
Building Shame Resilience Therapy Group
Building Shame Resilience is an outpatient therapy group designed to increase understanding about shame and to promote personal healing and recovery. Group topics and exercises are based on the work done by shame researcher Brene Brown. 
Chronic Pain Support Group
Pain is usually temporary; however, for some people pain persists over time and is considered chronic. This group is designed not only to help you reduce pain, but also to increase activity level and improve your overall quality of life. 
Clinical Sleep Training
Stop letting insomnia keep you up at night... While sleep medication may help some people, it could have undesirable side effects including tolerance and dependence to the medication. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been found to be an effective alternative treatment for insomnia.
Creating Safety Therapy Group
Creating Safety is a mental health therapy group designed to provide an introduction to trauma concepts.  
Fibromyalgia Support Group
Fibromyalgia affects more than 3.7 million Americans. While there is no cure, a variety of interventions can help manage symptoms. This group is designed to empower you to cope with your symptoms, receive support and information, and share concerns with others affected by Fibromyalgia.

The American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking® program has helped hundreds of thousands of Americans end their addiction to nicotine and begin new smokefree lives.
Healing After Loss Therapy Group
Healing After Loss is a therapeutic group for grief work and healing. The group’s purpose is to support individuals in their personal and unique growth and healing journeys after loss.
Healty Eating Nutrition Group
Our Healthy Eating Nutrition Group offers monthly guidance from a registered and licensed dietitian and support from your classmates. Topics include healthy food choices, eating a balanced diet, portion sizes, how to read food labels, and barriers to healthy eating and how to overcome them.
Managing Your Diabetes
Diabetes self-management education is a proven intervention for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes. This program has been shown to empower individuals to take charge of their diabetes, avoid complications from the disease, and improve self-management skills.
Mather Brain Training Program
The Mather Brain Training Program is a research-based training experience that provides participants with tools and lifestyle tips to keep your brain vital and healthy. This program is beneficial to all, both those with and without cognitive complaints.
Mommy Matters: Breastfeeding Support Group
Meet with other moms who understand what you are going through and know that you are not alone. Share experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Postpartum Depression & Anxiety Support Group
This free support group is for moms who want to share and connect with other women for support. The group will offer education, support, and tools to help you feel like yourself again. 
Plus One Childbirth Education
Whether you are expecting your first or fifth baby, childbirth education and preparation can go a long way to ensuring a smooth delivery. Join us for this instructional series to educate and empower women. 
Self Esteem Workshop
Self-Esteem Workshop is a mental health therapy group focused on improving your self-esteem by exploring kind and realistic thinking about ourselves.  
Wise Mind Therapy Group
Wise Mind is a mental health therapy group. This group will introduce participants to the concepts of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is based on the assumption that trauma is held not just in the mind, but also in the tissues of the body, and through softening and releasing tension in the body, trauma, too can be released. The class will begin by introducing students to the concept of yoga, the proper mental attitude, and the benefits of the practice.
