Pumping Class

Details

This class is for expectant or new mothers who anticipate wanting or needing to pump. In this class you will learn about when you should start using a breast pump, the types of breast pumps available, what the pump parts are called and how to use them, how to clean your breast pump, breastmilk storage guidelines, techniques to help you pump more milk, and ways to increase your milk supply. Pumps will be available for you to look at. Babies and children are welcome with the understanding that you may need to step out as needed to maintain a learning environment.
