Dr. Bingaman is a highly regarded OB/GYN, women’s health and LGBTQ physician. Dr. Bingaman earned her medical degree from the University Of Iowa Roy J and Lucille Carver College of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA.
