Self-Care During COVID-19

During this time of uncertainty, it is important to practice good self-care. Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. While it sounds simple, we often overlook it. Good self-care is key to living a balanced life, and has been shown to improve mood and reduce anxiety. Self-care can also improve the relationship we have with ourselves and others.

  • Video chat with friends and family

  • Exercise

  • Read a good book
