Clinical Sleep Training Program

Stop letting insomnia keep you up at night... Each night millions of people in the U.S. struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine found that 10% of adults in the U.S. have a chronic insomnia disorder (ie: problems with sleep a minimum of three nights per week for three months or longer).
With assistance of a licensed therapist, this course can help improve your sleep through exploration of thoughts and beliefs about sleep, lifestyle habits that may be working against you, and relaxation practices.
The program consists of 5 evening group sessions, over a 7-week period. Daytime individual sessions may be available upon request.
Provider or self-referrals are accepted.
The fee for the class is $40 and covers all program materials. Payment is due at the first class. A fee reduction is available for Medicaid recipients.
