Why I chose Broadlawns for my Residency
I wanted a program that offered exceptional full-spectrum family medicine training, and I knew Broadlawns would prepare me well for anything I encounter. The diverse patient population also offers unique pathology and challenges. Equally important – the people!! The faculty, staff, and fellow residents are so helpful and welcoming.
Hobbies
I have a Labrador and we go on plenty of walks. I also love sports – football especially! One of my favorite things to do is tailgate for college football games with my family.
Favorite Thing To Do in Des Moines
We love meeting up with friends and family at local restaurants. For movie nights, we usually go to Flix Brewhouse. It’s a theater here in Des Moines that also serves food/beverages while you watch. We love it!
