Broadlawns Medical Center is accepting sealed bids for its Parking Lot Expansion project.

The project includes construction of an approximately 128,300-square-foot parking lot expansion with 234 new parking spaces and related site improvements.

Sealed bids will be accepted on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Broadlawns Medical Center, Building One, Jenner Conference Room, 1761 Hickman Road, Des Moines. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered.
