Broadlawns Quick Care offers walk-in and same-day, call-ahead appointments for common, non-emergent health concerns, like cold or flu symptoms, minor burns or cuts, earaches, and more. Quick Care is a convenient option when you don’t require emergency services and can’t schedule a visit with your primary care provider. Patients are seen based on medical urgency.

When to Choose Quick Care

You are mildly sick or hurt and need care today – but it’s not an emergency. We treat many conditions, including:

  • Cold, cough, flu, sore throat, fever
  • Sprains, strains, small broken bones (fingers, toes)
  • Cuts, scrapes, minor burns
  • Skin rashes, infections, pinkeye
  • Earaches 
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Stomach issues (nausea, diarrhea)
  • Insect or small animal bites 
  • Painful urination (UTI)
  •  STI testing and treatment
  • Mild Dehydration
  • X-rays, lab tests, EKGs 

Quick Care, Urgent Care & Emergency Department – Know Where to Go

When an illness or injury happens it’s not always clear where to seek care. Here’s how to choose the right option for you:

Emergency Department (ED)
For serious or life-threatening issues such as chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, or thoughts of harming self or others. Call 911 or go to the ED immediately.

Urgent Care
For health problems needing prompt attention but are not emergencies, like mild illnesses, injuries or infections. Broadlawns Clinics offer walk-in urgent care services and extended evening and weekend hours.

Quick Care
For common, non-urgent health concerns like colds, flu symptoms, minor cuts, sprains, and earaches. Quick Care offers walk-in and same-day appointments when emergency care isn’t needed, and you can’t see your primary provider. Quick Care is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
