Plus One Childbirth Education (Condensed)

There is limited seating available for this class. If the class you’d like to register for is full, please email plusone@broadlawns.org to be added to a waitlist. If a spot opens up, a member of our Birthing staff will reach out to you. These classes will be held in the Jenner Conference Room at 1761 Hickman Road, Des Moines, IA 50314 unless instructors indicate differently. Please watch for an email from plusone@broadlawns.org prior to class start date. 

Whether you are expecting your first or fifth baby, childbirth education and preparation can go a long way to ensuring a smooth labor, birth and postpartum experience. Join us for our condensed, 4.5-hour instructional class to educate and empower women.

This class is FREE for all Broadlawns prenatal clients. Women are encouraged to bring a support person. Topics include: pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and newborn care. Please note, if you are looking for more in-depth breastfeeding education, we encourage you to sign up for our Breastfeeding Class.
