STEPPS (Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving) is an effective treatment for people with borderline personality disorder and emotional intensity issues. This evidence-based educational and skills program teaches individuals about the behaviors and feelings that describe their disorder as well as skills to change behaviors and manage feelings.
STEPPS is a closed group therapy session organized in three steps of skills:
- Awareness of illness.
- Emotion management training.
- Behavior management training.

Fridays, April 16th through August 27th, 2:30-4:30pm
Ingersoll Conference Room. Use Main Entrance and take the elevator to the lower level.
Participants are required to attend one of the following intake sessions prior to joining the program. Intake sessions are offered: Friday, April 2nd, 2:30-4:30pm or Friday, April 9th, 2:30-4:30pm, or until class is full. Regular attendance is required to participate in and continue the program.
