VIRTUAL: Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving (STEPPS)

STEPPS (Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving) is an effective treatment for people with borderline personality disorder and emotional intensity issues. This evidence-based educational and skills program teaches individuals about the behaviors and feelings that describe their disorder as well as skills to change behaviors and manage feelings.
STEPPS is a closed group therapy session organized in three steps of skills:
1. Awareness of illness.
2. Emotion management training.
3. Behavior management training.
Upcoming Class Dates: Fridays, October 2nd, 2020 through March 19th, 2021 (No class November 27th, December 21st, January 1st).
Facilitated by: Kelsey Taylor, LISW and Kelly Stewart, LISW
Requirements: Participants are required to virtually attend one of the following intake sessions prior to joining the program. Virtual intake sessions are offered: Friday, September 11th, 2-4pm or Friday, September 18th, 2-4pm.
Regular attendance is required to participate in and continue the program.
