BROADLAWNS HIRES SEARCH FIRM, NAMES REVIEW COMMITTEE December 20, 2023 NEWS RELEASE (December 20, 2023) – The Broadlawns Medical Center (BMC) Board of Trustees (BOT) recently announced its intention to conduct a national search for a new President and CEO. During a regular meeting on December 19, 2023, the board accepted a proposal from Hartz Search, based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Hartz Search was selected after reviewing several proposals from similar services. Hartz Search will be retained because of its concierge-level service of executive search capabilities. They utilize an evidence-based engagement process that identifies, evaluates, and qualifies talent to meet strategic objectives. Hartz consultants work in a team-based, collaborative environment, leveraging real-time problem-solving. They stood apart from other proposals because they believe transparent communication is essential for establishing trust and integrity, and for their accessible 24/7 single-point of contact. They are committed to connecting clients and candidates with the common goal of improving the industry served. Hartz Search will initiate the search process shortly after the beginning of the year. Additionally, local community members will be engaged and serve an integral role in this process.
