Urban Dreams and Broadlawns Partner to Expand Mental Health Service Access

Des Moines, Iowa (September 14, 2020) – Urban Dreams is expanding access to culturally competent mental health care in the urban core of Des Moines. In partnership with Broadlawns Medical Center, Rochean Cofield, LMSW will begin seeing patients at Urban Dreams starting today, Monday, September 14, 2020.

“Broadlawns has been a staple in our community for decades. This partnership is just one example of their ability to be creative in their ability to impact more people and make Des Moines a better place for everyone. Moreover, Rochean will be an influential person for those in need” said Izaah Knox, Urban Dreams Executive Director.
