Broadlawns Cityville Clinic provides family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care and women's healthcare services at its location just south of downtown Des Moines. Lab and Radiology services are also available onsite. The clinic is conveniently located on bus route #7.
Family Medicine
Family Medicine care is available to attend to the primary healthcare needs of your entire family. Comprehensive and preventive healthcare for prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients is administered by our board-certified family medicine physician.
Urgent Care
Urgent Care services are available on a walk-in basis for non-emergent patients who become sick suddenly or sustain an injury and need to be seen quickly. Urgent Care physicians are available to evaluate, treat and provide immediate healthcare services. They work in tandem with Family Medicine providers for follow-up care and for future preventive wellness appointments.

Internal Medicine provides comprehensive healthcare for acute, chronic and preventive needs for adults, specializing in chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol.
DOT Physicals
Broadlawns Cityville Clinic is pleased to offer Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams. This exam confirms that individual's with a commercial driver’s license (CDL) have met the safety guidelines set by the United States Department of Transportation. DOT physicals are not covered by commercial insurance, the cost is $120 at the time of the physical. To schedule your DOT physical, please call (515) 282-2489. Walk-ins may be accepted if the schedule allows.
